Tarts colour and decorations may be subjected to slight variations from actual product due to possible discrepancies in photo to screen resolution.
We reserve the rights to substitute, change, accept or reject any orders.
As all our tarts and ingredients are especially prepared for your order, our Pop Chefs always try their best to prepare the cream, fillings and decoration in advance. As such, we do not encourage any last minute cancellation. However, we still accept order cancellation under the following conditions:
• 7 days or more before Date of Collection/Delivery: 90% Refund OR Postpone Order
• Less than 7 days before Date of Collection/Delivery: No Refund BUT Postpone Order still possible.
• Less than 2 days before Date of Collection/Delivery: No Refund AND No Postpone Order.
Tartes & Pop will refund using the same method of payment used when order was placed (refer to PAYMENT METHODS section below for more details). Already postponed orders can't be refunded. Kindly call our customer service at +852 6597 6667 or email at email@example.com to process your cancellation. Please note that refund of payment may take up to 10 days for us to process. Postpone of order must not be later than 1 month from date of purchase.
This website only accept the following payment methods : VISA cards, Mastercards, American Express cards and ApplePay.
The payment will be processed using Stripe secure servers.

CHANGES IN ORDER
Any changes pertaining to the order must be made at least 48 hours before delivery and is subject to Tartes & Pop's approval.
Substitution may be necessary to ensure your order arrives on time. In most cases, Tartes & Pop will try to contact you to find the best solution. If we don’t manage to contact you or for any other reasons, we reserve the right to substitute any item from your order to for a similar element of equal or greater value.
Complimentary candles will be provided for every grande tarte / birthday cake order when explicitly requested by customers. Client can request candles in the REMARKS section upon placing their order.
We only provide up to 2 candles with each grande tarte.
CAKE SLICING / KNIVES & CUTLERY
Our homemade grande tartes / birthday cakes have a very crunchy base that can only be sliced using a proper kitchen knife. For this reason, Tartes & Pop do not provide any plastic knives as it would most likely break both the cake and the knife.
In order to achieve a clean cut, we recommend the use a long kitchen knife. Heating the blade with a lighter before slicing will greatly improve the look of each slice.
Tartes & Pop do not provide any sort of plastic cutlery.
WRITINGS ON THE CAKE / BIRTHDAY PLATE
Customers may request for writings on the grande tarts. Please indicate the wordings correctly upon placing your order and we will arrange to get it printed on a nice paper birthday plate. Do note that due to space constraint on the plate surface, we only accept 30 characters long wordings. We reserve the rights to accept or reject any request of writings on the cake. It is customer’s duty to ensure that such requests are acknowledged by Tartes & Pop.
Compliment cards can be provided with the order when requested by customers. Please indicate the message correctly upon placing your order. Do note that due to space constraint on the card, lengthy messages may not be accommodated. We reserve the rights to accept or reject any request of message on the card. It is customer’s duty to ensure that such requests are acknowledged by Tartes & Pop.
DELIVERY AND REDELIVERY CHARGES
Tartes & Pop will always try their best to deliver client orders within the selected time frame. It is client responsibility to make sure they are available to collect the order at delivery address AT ALL TIME during the selected time slot. Tartes & Pop drivers will generally call the phone number provided by client and wait for a maximum of 10 minutes for client to pick up. If client do not pick up their order within these 10 minutes or fail to answer the phone, Tartes & Pop drivers will move on to their next delivery location and the order will be sent back to our Sheung Wan shop after the delivery shift. Client can then decide to pickup the order by themselves or ask for a redelivery (subject to Tartes & Pop's approval based on delivery schedule). For redelivery of orders, a surcharge equivalent to the original delivery charge will be applicable: the surcharge is based on original delivery charge for this address - regardless of whether client was offered free delivery or not when they first placed order. Please note that the surcharge may vary according to delivery location. If redelivery is not made on the same day or the next day (before 2PM), please note that we will have to replace your order to ensure that only the freshest cakes are sent to the recipients. This new order is chargeable at 25% discount off the regular price and is applicable for every item on our menu.
For redirection of orders, a surcharge equivalent to the original delivery charge will be applicable. Please note that the surcharge may vary according to delivery location. In the event that the order is cancelled after delivery has been attempted, the full price will still be payable.
